| As a former custom home builder with twenty years of hands-on construction experience, our senior designer is familiar with the jobsite environment. Each plan is drafted and composed in a manner that promotes quick approval in the permit process and positive interpretation by all trades in the field. This keeps jobsite errors and material waste to a minimum, promoting efficient overall construction and reduced costs. |

| The plan design process for builder's master plans is the same as described for the custom design process. Master plans are designed for adaptability to a wide assortment of lot configurations so that the same plan may be built as many times as desired. Basements or crawl space options are provided to accommodate a variety of flat or sloping properties with or without walkout and garden level opportunities.
Additional garage bay options, various elevation configurations and other option and upgrade availablities are limited only by the individual builder's market goals. Master plans can be assembled to meet whatever segment of the market you wish to build in, from basic speculative starter homes to semi custom and custom quality executive estate homes.

We will work with the builder or directly with your buyer where site specific revisions or additional options are requested. If your buyer needs a plan that is beyond your current plan inventory, we will custom design and create a new master plan for future sales as well. Builder's master plans are copyrighted for the exclusive continued use of the individual builder client and will not be duplicated by us for other builders in the same market area. |
